The Last Unicorn... FANCHARACTERRRR

Nono, she's not a current fan character. Just an idea I'd had a few years ago that just never really took flight, though I felt like making a small tribute to the lost idea before I forgot it completely.

Anyhow, this idea was 'Mera', though in the planned fanfic she'd be nameless, just like in the style of the Last Unicorn novel. The basic storyline was that she was one of the very few foals born during the time of Haggard's reign, so the plotline would take place after the novel's epilogue, consisting of her struggling to adjust to a life on land after having been born and raised in the sea.

Her general personality was quiet, questioning, and rather sentimental when it came to the things and creatures she loved. Having lived in the midst of dolphins, fish, and coral reefs, she rather loathed leaving the ocean with her mother on that fateful day, though she didn't necessarily complain about it. All the same, her heart consistently called back to the sea, and some of her other unicorn-foal-peers might have felt the same way.
